Dr. Phillips has provided continuing education instruction in manual orthopedic care to practicing physical therapists for 38 years. He has lectured around the country, as well as in Denmark and Finland. 

He has presented on numerous occasions at the American Physical Therapy Association and in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist meetings.
 
He currently specializes in small-group CEU courses at attendees’ treatment facilities in convenient evening and weekend formats.
